I have heard a few people say the setup is tight in the center and off, so take the fast setup and drop the wedge to somewhere between -20 and -35 depending on your comfort level you can go lower or add wedge if you are sliding sideways.

When a car is really loose (Not just for this track) would it be better to raise the trackbar or add wedge?

Well that really depends, I use the trackbar as a last ditch adjustment.  I'd add up to 50lbs of wedge and see what happens.  You can also play with sway bars and if you are loose getting in add some brake bias.

If you are loose off, take somr RR spring out of it.
