PLEASE Use Appropriate Channels!!!
Didn't really feel this was a necessary statement to make since feel it's implied as to what should and shouldn't be done with anything produced by SBP, but I will humor the notion....
This is meant for all those in the NR2003 community who find it necessary to use other channels and parties to address problems/issues with items produced by SBP...be it tracks in particular. What is needed to get across is that if ANYONE in community has an issue with a product available at SBP (i.e. the web site) to PLEASE use the appropriate channels to address such issues!!!! These channels include the SBP Forums, The (which is conveniently located as a button in the web sites Main Menu bar - DON'T EVEN NEED TO BE REGISTERED TO USE THIS!!!) and even our FB Page!!!
These channels are all available for YOU the community...so PLEASE use them!!!!
We appreciate all the support of the community and understand that all we produce is not perfect and would like to hear any concerns the community may have on the products SBP produces.
Keep in mind that all concerns and comms we get can't be addressed in a timely fashion always, but we will make an effort to get back with you when time presents itself.
Thanks again for your attention and continued support!!!
Huge Loss to the Community
It is with a heavy heart we announce that the sim community abroad has lost a very true friend, colleague, supporter. He was known by most as WoofGM and was a HUGE component of anything related to sim racing, particularly NR2003. From his involvement in most mods like those from Team Omega to his "kick ass" 3D render scenes provided by The Skin Shopp. Dave Reuille was a presence that was respected by all in the sim community. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace dear friend until we meet again.
Fate of Site
As the deadline for the closure of the SAFER Barrier Project approaches, we have felt it necessary to address the concerns of some in the community as to where the tracks involved in the Project will be made available. Can now be rest-assured that the website to which the Project tracks currently reside will remain up indefinitely. This should also hopefully remove any doubt as to where the Project tracks originate from.
Thanks to the support, loyalty, and commitment of our members over the many years of this Project. Without you, this couldn't have been made possible. It is from those like you that have kept us going for as long as we have. For that, we show our appreciation.
If there is any questions or concerns, the communication channels (i.e. Contact Admin Form, etc...) will remain open as well.
